Please note: our lamb availability varies throughout the year.
From mince for a traditional shepherd’s pie to chops so good you just have to pick them up and gnaw them, our pastured-reared, organic lamb is delicious, no matter which cut you choose. The combination of meat and bone in the scrag end, a cut from the neck, is tastier than it sounds, adding an incredible depth of flavour to broths, soups and stews. Our lamb belly is not to be missed either. Try it rolled and stuffed with mint and parsley and cooked low and slow until it melts in the mouth.
