ORGANIC LAMB LOIN CHOPS
Our organic lamb loin chops are tender, succulent and full of rich natural flavour — a premium cut perfect for quick roasting, pan-frying or the barbecue.
Raised on pasture at Haye Farm in Devon and our trusted partner farms, our lambs graze naturally outdoors on organic grass pasture, producing high-welfare organic lamb with exceptional flavour and tenderness.
Cut from the saddle, these organic lamb loin chops resemble a small T-bone steak, with a delicate fillet on one side and a flavourful loin on the other, delivering the best of both cuts in one chop. They cook quickly and are ideal for simple, seasonal cooking.
Roast in the oven or marinate with garlic, rosemary and olive oil before grilling or barbecuing. Delicious served with new potatoes, fresh herbs and seasonal vegetables.

Our sheep graze exclusively on organic pasture as part of the farm’s rotational grazing philosophy. They are also 100% grass fed, a combination of this and their breed means that they grow slower than your average sheep. This produces a high-quality lamb with exceptional texture and flavour.

Haye Farm is farmed to strict Organic Farmers & Growers (OF&G) standards. We use a local, small-scale abattoir and the meat is butchered on-site in our SALSA approved facility.

Here at Haye Farm, our aim is to make a positive difference to the land. We see ourselves as custodians of this corner of East Devon, and so we farm in a way that increases biodiversity, nurtures the ecosystem that we’re part of and provides for future generations.
