Delivered orders are sent overnight with DPD, you will receive an estimated time slot on the morning of your delivery via text and email. Orders are packed securely with ice packs in wool-cool to ensure that they reach you chilled and ready to cook or store. Our wool-cool packaging is natural, reusable and recyclable and our water packs can be emptied down the sink and the plastic recycled or can be re-used as a handy ice pack!
Sorry, we cannot refund or replace deliveries that are lost or stolen after they have been left in a safe place with proof of delivery from the courier.
Christmas orders will be packed with double ice packs, so should there be a delay the produce will stay fresh for up to 48 hours from dispatch.
Delivery costs are as follows:
Orders under £30.00 - £14.95
Orders over £30.00 - £7.95
Orders over £80.00 - FREE
