Our organic lamb shoulder steak on the bone is rich, juicy and full of deep natural flavour — a traditional cut perfect for slow cooking, pan-frying or the barbecue.
Raised on pasture at Haye Farm in Devon and our trusted partner farms, our lambs graze naturally outdoors on organic grass pasture, producing high-welfare organic lamb with exceptional flavour and tenderness.
Carefully prepared by our butchers, these organic lamb shoulder steaks are cut on the bone, which helps retain moisture and adds extra depth of flavour during cooking. The gentle marbling keeps the meat succulent, making it ideal for both quick grilling or slow braising.
Marinate with garlic, rosemary and olive oil, then cook in a hot pan, oven or on the barbecue. Delicious served with roast vegetables, seasonal greens or buttery new potatoes.
