HERB GARDEN
A good handful of herbs can really lift a dish and we grow a wide range of organic culinary herbs from parsley, coriander, lovage, and chives to fennel, sage, rosemary and thyme. Many are perennial and some are evergreen, providing year-round habitat for invertebrates and a good food source for pollinating insects. We also grow edible flowers including nasturtiums, roses, violas and borage, as much for their delicate flavours as their prettiness on the plate.
