Raised on pasture at Haye Farm in Devon and our trusted partner farms, our lambs graze naturally outdoors on organic grass pasture, producing high-welfare organic lamb with exceptional flavour and tenderness.
Carefully prepared by our butchers, this organic leg of lamb roasting joint offers beautifully lean meat with a fine layer of natural fat to keep the roast juicy and full of flavour. It cooks into a succulent centrepiece that carves into generous slices, making it perfect for sharing around the table.
