Raised on pasture at Haye Farm in Devon and our trusted partner farms, our lambs graze naturally outdoors on organic grass pasture, producing high-welfare organic lamb with exceptional flavour and tenderness.
Carefully prepared by our butchers, this organic butterflied lamb leg is boned and opened out for even cooking, making it ideal for quick roasting or grilling over high heat. The generous surface area absorbs marinades beautifully, creating deeply flavourful lamb that stays succulent while cooking.
Marinate with garlic, rosemary, lemon and olive oil, then roast or cook over the fire until perfectly tender. Delicious served with grilled vegetables, fresh salads or roasted potatoes.
