ORGANIC ROLLED LOIN OF LAMB
Our organic rolled loin of lamb is tender, delicate and full of rich natural flavour — a premium cut perfect for roasting and special meals.
Raised on pasture at Haye Farm in Devon and our trusted partner farms, our lambs graze naturally outdoors on organic grass pasture, producing high-welfare organic lamb with exceptional flavour and tenderness.
Carefully prepared by our butchers, this organic lamb loin joint is rolled and tied for even cooking, creating a beautifully shaped roast that stays juicy and tender. The fine-grained meat and light marbling deliver a succulent, elegant roast lamb that is perfect for carving at the table.
Roast with garlic, rosemary and olive oil until perfectly tender, then serve with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and rich lamb gravy.

Our sheep graze exclusively on organic pasture as part of the farm’s rotational grazing philosophy. They are also 100% grass fed, a combination of this and their breed means that they grow slower than your average sheep. This produces a high-quality lamb with exceptional texture and flavour.

Haye Farm is farmed to strict Organic Farmers & Growers (OF&G) standards. We use a local, small-scale abattoir and the meat is butchered on-site in our SALSA approved facility.

Here at Haye Farm, our aim is to make a positive difference to the land. We see ourselves as custodians of this corner of East Devon, and so we farm in a way that increases biodiversity, nurtures the ecosystem that we’re part of and provides for future generations.
