Raised at Haye Farm in Devon and our trusted partner farms, our pigs live naturally outdoors with plenty of space to roam, producing high-welfare organic pork with exceptional flavour and quality.
Carefully prepared by our butchers, this organic pork leg joint is boned, rolled and tied for even cooking, creating a beautifully shaped roast that is easy to carve. The lean meat is balanced with natural fat and skin, producing succulent pork with golden, crisp crackling when roasted slowly.
Roast gently with garlic, herbs and cider in the roasting tray to keep the meat tender and full of flavour. Perfect served with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and rich pan juices.
