Our organic gammon joint is cured using traditional methods to create a beautifully balanced, savoury flavour.
Made from high-welfare, pasture-raised pigs reared at Haye Farm and our partner farms in Devon, each joint is prepared with care and patience for tender, juicy results.
Slow-cook or roast until the meat is soft and the fat turns golden, then glaze with honey, mustard or cloves for a festive finish.
Delicious served hot with roasted vegetables or cold platters — crafted with integrity from field to feast.
