Raised on pasture at Haye Farm in Devon and our trusted partner farms, our cattle graze naturally outdoors on organic grass pasture, producing high-welfare organic grass-fed beef with exceptional depth of flavour.
Carefully prepared by our butchers, this organic topside joint comes from the upper thigh near the rump and is known for its fine grain and succulent texture when slow-roasted. It cooks beautifully into a classic roast beef centrepiece, perfect for carving generous slices at the table.
Roast gently with garlic, rosemary and seasonal vegetables until tender, then rest well before carving. Delicious served with Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes and rich gravy, with leftovers perfect for classic roast beef sandwiches the next day.
