Our organic beef brisket is rich, deeply flavoured and beautifully marbled — the perfect cut for slow cooking, braising or barbecue smoking.
Raised on pasture at Haye Farm in Devon and our trusted partner farms, our cattle graze naturally outdoors on organic pasture, producing organic grass-fed beef with exceptional depth of flavour.
Carefully prepared and rolled by our butchers, this brisket is ideal for slow roasting or braising until meltingly tender.
Cook slowly with onions, garlic and red wine until beautifully tender, or smoke low and slow for classic barbecue brisket. Brisket also works well in slow-cooked stews, rich winter casseroles, or pulled beef sandwiches.

Storage
Fresh produce is suitable for freezing and arrives with a minimum of 7 days shelf life.
Frozen produce may partially or fully defrost in transit. Cook once thawed. Not suitable for refreezing.

We have a small mixed herd of 100 percent pasture-fed native breeds – Ruby Red Devons, Red Polls and Beef Shorthorns. They spend most of the year outdoors grazing and when they come into the barn for the winter, they eat only hay, which we cut from our meadows in late summer.

Our organic beef is farmed to strict Organic Farmers & Growers (OF&G) standards. We use a local, small-scale abattoir and the meat is butchered on-site in our SALSA approved facility.

Here at Haye Farm, our aim is to make a positive difference to the land. We see ourselves as custodians of this corner of East Devon, and so we farm in a way that increases biodiversity, nurtures the ecosystem that we’re part of and provides for future generations.
