Possibly one of the most famous spicy sausages on the market. This spreadable salami is seasoned with organic paprika and chillies before it is cased in ox bungs and smoked over oak. It has a strong yet delicate flavour balance.


The Organic Cure handcrafts charcuterie made in the traditional way, using the finest organic, high welfare produce reared at Haye Farm, our home in East Devon.
