The Fresh Flour Company started in 2015 with the mission to partner with organic farmers and pay them a decent amount for their grain – four to five times the market rate – so that they can tend the soil and environment, without fear of survival. The flour is made from 100% naturally grown, non-synthetic grain. Stone ground and as fresh as its gets; the flour is used that day for making pasta, crackers or biscuits.
The crackers are made using the same fresh flour and ancient and interesting grains, mixed with the finest of other ingredients - Kadode Kampot pepper (the worlds best pepper), Cornish Sea salt, Palm flower sugar, Greek olive oils.
All of the products are grown organically but not necessarily certified.
