Haye Farm is an organic, high-welfare mixed farm in East Devon run by Harry Boglione and Emily Perry, both passionate believers in regenerative, holistic farming that nurtures the entire ecosystem from the soil up. That means encouraging and mimicking natural processes such as rotational grazing to allow pasture to regenerate; companion planting to counter pests; and doing everything they can to build biodiversity and soil carbon.
The results speak for themselves with healthy, happy animals and the fields bursting with life, from dung beetles and polecats to slow worms and song thrushes. Their delicious nutrient-rich meat, eggs, vegetables and fruit are supplied to some of the best restaurants in the country and they are delighted to offer them to you here, too.
