Organic whole chickens, raised slowly on open pasture in Devon.
Fed an organic diet and free to roam, they develop firm, flavourful meat and crisp, golden skin. Roast simply with herbs and lemon for a beautifully succulent festive centrepiece, or use leftovers and giblets for nourishing soups and stocks.
Naturally high in quality and raised to the highest welfare standards, this is chicken as it should be – wholesome, sustainable and full of flavour.
Choose from medium, large or extra-large birds depending on your gathering.

Storage
Our festive collection will arrive with a use by date of at least 26.12.25.
Fresh produce is suitable for freezing.
Frozen produce may partially or fully defrost in transit. Cook once thawed. Not suitable for refreezing.
