Our organic lamb & mint sausages are juicy, flavourful and perfectly balanced — a classic combination that brings together sweet, tender lamb with the freshness of mint.
Raised on pasture at Haye Farm in Devon and our trusted partner farms, our lambs graze naturally outdoors on organic grass pasture, producing high-welfare organic lamb with exceptional flavour and quality.
Carefully made by our butchers, these sausages are crafted using prime cuts of organic lamb, lightly seasoned and blended with mint for a fresh, aromatic finish. With a natural casing and a high meat content, they cook to a succulent, tender bite with a rich, savoury depth.
Pan-fry or grill until golden and serve with buttery mash and seasonal greens, or enjoy as part of a relaxed summer supper alongside fresh salads and crusty bread.

Storage
Fresh produce is suitable for freezing and arrives with a minimum of 7 days shelf life.
Frozen produce may partially or fully defrost in transit. Cook once thawed. Not suitable for refreezing.
