Our organic porchetta joint is rich, succulent and full of fragrant flavour — a true feast perfect for roasting and sharing.
Raised at Haye Farm in Devon and our trusted partner farms, our pigs live naturally outdoors with plenty of space to roam, producing high-welfare organic pork with exceptional flavour and quality.
Carefully prepared by our butchers, this organic porchetta combines boned and rolled loin and belly of pork, creating the perfect balance of tender meat and natural fat.
Seasoned with aromatic herbs, spices and fruit, the joint roasts beautifully, producing juicy pork with crisp, golden crackling and fragrant flavours throughout. Roast slowly until the skin is crisp and the meat is tender, then carve into generous slices. Perfect served with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and rich pan juices.

Storage
Fresh produce is suitable for freezing and arrives with a minimum of 7 days shelf life.
Frozen produce may partially or fully defrost in transit. Cook once thawed. Not suitable for refreezing.
