Our organic pork belly joint on the bone is rich, succulent and full of deep natural flavour — a classic cut perfect for slow roasting and hearty meals.
Raised at Haye Farm in Devon and our trusted partner farms, our pigs live naturally outdoors with plenty of space to roam, producing high-welfare organic pork with exceptional flavour and quality.
Carefully prepared by our butchers, this organic pork belly roasting joint includes the bone for extra depth of flavour while the layers of meat and natural fat cook down into beautifully tender pork.
Slow roasting allows the meat to become meltingly soft while the skin turns into golden, crisp crackling. Roast gently with garlic, fennel and herbsuntil tender. Delicious served with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and rich pan juices.
