Our organic rolled shoulder of pork is rich, tender and full of deep natural flavour — a classic cut perfect for slow roasting and hearty family meals.
Raised at Haye Farm in Devon and our trusted partner farms, our pigs live naturally outdoors with plenty of space to roam, producing high-welfare organic pork with exceptional flavour and quality.
Carefully prepared by our butchers, this organic pork shoulder joint combines several muscles from the shoulder and neck, giving the meat a beautifully complex flavour and succulent texture when slow cooked.
Roasted slowly for several hours, the meat becomes meltingly tender while the skin turns into rich, crisp crackling. Perfect for a traditional roast or cooked low and slow for delicious pulled pork.
