Our organic Barnsley chop is thick-cut, tender and full of rich natural flavour — a classic butcher’s cut perfect for roasting, grilling or pan-searing.
Raised on pasture at Haye Farm in Devon and our trusted partner farms, our lambs graze naturally outdoors on organic grass pasture, producing high-welfare organic lamb with exceptional flavour and tenderness.
Carefully prepared by our butchers, this organic Barnsley chop is a generous double loin chop taken across the saddle, giving you beautifully tender meat on both sides of the bone. The natural marbling keeps the chop succulent while delivering deep lamb flavour.
Sear in a hot pan with garlic, rosemary and butter, then finish in the oven until perfectly tender. Delicious served with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a rich lamb jus.
