Our organic lamb chump chops are tender, juicy and full of rich natural flavour — a traditional cut perfect for pan-frying, grilling or the barbecue.
Raised on pasture at Haye Farm in Devon and our trusted partner farms, our lambs graze naturally outdoors on organic grass pasture, producing high-welfare organic lamb with exceptional flavour and tenderness.
Carefully prepared by our butchers, these organic lamb chump chops are cut from the rump, offering beautifully tender meat with just the right amount of natural fat to keep them succulent during cooking. They cook quickly and develop a rich, caramelised crust while remaining tender inside.
Sear in a hot pan with garlic, rosemary and butter or cook over the barbecue for a smoky flavour. Delicious served with new potatoes, seasonal greens or fresh salads.

Fresh produce is suitable for freezing and arrives with a minimum of 7 days shelf life.
