Our organic lamb rump is tender, juicy and full of rich natural flavour — a premium cut perfect for quick roasting, pan-searing or grilling.
Raised on pasture at Haye Farm in Devon and our trusted partner farms, our lambs graze naturally outdoors on organic grass pasture, producing high-welfare organic lamb with exceptional flavour and tenderness.
Carefully prepared by our butchers, this organic lamb rump cut is known for its delicate texture and natural marbling, which keeps the meat beautifully succulent during cooking. It cooks quickly and develops a rich, caramelised crust while remaining tender inside.
Sear in a hot pan with garlic, rosemary and butter, then finish in the oven for perfectly tender lamb. Delicious served with new potatoes, seasonal greens and a light lamb jus.

Storage
Fresh produce is suitable for freezing and arrives with a minimum of 7 days shelf life.
