Raised on pasture at Haye Farm in Devon and our trusted partner farms, our lambs graze naturally outdoors on organic grass pasture, producing high-welfare organic lamb with exceptional flavour and tenderness.
Carefully prepared by our butchers, this organic lamb leg joint is boned, rolled and tied for even cooking, creating a beautifully shaped roast that stays juicy and easy to carve. The lean meat and fine marbling deliver a succulent roast lamb centrepiece perfect for sharing at the table.
Roast with garlic, rosemary and olive oiluntil perfectly tender and serve with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and rich lamb gravy.
