Our organic lamb leg steaks are lean, tender and full of rich natural flavour — a versatile cut perfect for quick cooking, grilling or pan-frying.
Raised on pasture at Haye Farm in Devon and our trusted partner farms, our lambs graze naturally outdoors on organic grass pasture, producing high-welfare organic lamb with exceptional flavour and tenderness.
Carefully prepared by our butchers, these organic lamb leg steaks are cut from the leg, offering beautifully lean meat that remains succulent when cooked quickly over high heat. Ideal for simple, seasonal cooking, they are perfect for midweek meals or summer barbecues.
Marinate with garlic, rosemary and olive oil, then grill or pan-fry until tender. Delicious served with new potatoes, seasonal vegetables or fresh salads.
