Raised on pasture at Haye Farm in Devon and our trusted partner farms, our lambs graze naturally outdoors on organic grass pasture, producing high-welfare organic lamb with exceptional flavour and tenderness.
Carefully prepared by our butchers, this organic leg of lamb roasting joint offers beautifully lean meat with a fine layer of natural fat to keep the roast juicy and full of flavour. It cooks into a succulent centrepiece that carves into generous slices, making it perfect for sharing around the table.
Roast with garlic, rosemary and olive oil until perfectly tender and serve with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and rich lamb gravy.
