Our organic lamb cutlets are tender, delicate and full of rich natural flavour — a premium cut perfect for quick cooking and elegant meals.
Raised on pasture at Haye Farm in Devon and our trusted partner farms, our lambs graze naturally outdoors on organic grass pasture, producing high-welfare organic lamb with exceptional flavour and tenderness.
Carefully prepared by our butchers, these organic lamb cutlets are taken from the best end of the lamb and offer beautifully tender meat with a fine layer of natural fat for flavour. They cook quickly and are ideal for pan-searing or grilling, making them perfect for simple, seasonal cooking.
Sear with garlic, rosemary and butter until beautifully browned and serve with new potatoes, fresh herbs and seasonal vegetables for a delicious, restaurant-quality dish at home.
