Our organic beef rump roast is rich, tender and full of deep natural flavour — a traditional cut perfect for a classic roast dinner and generous family meals.
Raised on pasture at Haye Farm in Devon and our trusted partner farms, our cattle graze naturally outdoors on organic grass pasture, producing high-welfare organic grass-fed beef with exceptional depth of flavour.
Carefully prepared by our butchers, this organic rump roasting joint offers a wonderful balance of lean meat and natural marbling, delivering succulent roast beef with a rich, beefy flavour.
It roasts beautifully and carves into generous slices, making it an excellent centrepiece for the table.
Roast gently with garlic, thyme and seasonal vegetables until perfectly tender, then rest well before carving. Delicious served with roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings and rich gravy, with leftovers perfect for hearty sandwiches or cold cuts.

Storage
Fresh produce is suitable for freezing and arrives with a minimum of 7 days shelf life.
