Raised on pasture at Haye Farm in Devon and our trusted partner farms, our cattle graze naturally outdoors on organic grass pasture, producing high-welfare organic grass-fed beef with outstanding depth of flavour.
Carefully prepared by our butchers and dry-aged to deepen flavour and tenderness, this organic rolled sirloin joint delivers succulent roast beef with a perfect balance of lean meat and flavourful fat. Rolled and tied for even cooking, it creates a beautiful Easter centrepiece for carving at the table.
Roast with garlic, thyme and butter until perfectly pink, then rest well before carving. Serve with crisp roast potatoes, spring vegetables and rich gravy, with leftovers ideal for classic roast beef sandwiches.
