Our organic côte de boeuf is beautifully marbled, deeply flavoured and wonderfully tender — a true celebration cut and the perfect centrepiece for an Easter roast or special family gathering.
Taken from native-breed cattle raised on organic pasture at Haye Farm in Devon and our trusted partner farms, our cattle graze naturally outdoors, producing organic grass-fed beef with exceptional flavour and high animal welfare standards.
Each rib steak is carefully dry-aged for 30 days to deepen flavour and create outstanding tenderness. Left on the bone for maximum richness, this organic côte de boeuf delivers a juicy, succulent roast that’s made for carving and sharing at the table.
Sear in a hot pan or oven-roast with garlic, thyme and butter, then rest well before carving for beautifully tender slices. Perfect served with crispy roast potatoes, spring vegetables and rich red wine jus — an impressive centrepiece for Easter lunch.

Storage
