Our Organic Fore Rib of Beef is a premium roasting joint, dry aged for 30 days to develop deep flavour, beautiful marbling and exceptional tenderness.
This classic bone-in rib roast delivers rich, succulent organic beef and makes an impressive centrepiece for an Easter roast or special family gathering.
Raised on organic pasture at Haye Farm and our partner farms in Devon, our cattle grow slowly and naturally, producing grass-fed organic beef with outstanding depth of flavour. The traditional 30-day dry ageing process concentrates the natural richness of the meat while creating a tender, buttery texture.
Roast on the bone for maximum flavour and a beautifully caramelised crust, while the centre remains juicy and full of character. Perfect served with roast potatoes, seasonal spring vegetables and a rich homemade gravy for a memorable Easter Sunday roast.

Storage
