Our organic Osso Buco is a rich, flavourful cut of beef shin, perfect for slow cooking and comforting Easter meals.
Cut through the bone to include the marrow, it becomes beautifully tender as it cooks, creating deep flavour and a naturally rich sauce. Raised on organic pasture at Haye Farm and our partner farms in Devon, our cattle grow slowly and naturally, producing beef with exceptional depth and character.
Ideal for traditional Italian Osso Buco, slow braises with herbs and wine, or hearty spring suppers shared with family over the Easter weekend.
