Raised in Devon, our chickens roam freely outdoors on organic pasture. Slow, natural growth and high-welfare rearing produce organic chicken with exceptional depth of flavour.
Carefully prepared by our butchers, this organic Spatchcock Chicken is ideal for roasting or grilling, delivering crisp golden skin and tender, juicy meat, and making a perfect centrepiece or generous sharing dish.
Cook flat in the oven with lemon, garlic and thyme until the skin is crisp and the meat succulent, or try cooking on the barbecue for a delicious smoky finish. This versatile cut is also perfect for traybakes, summer salads or rustic chicken feasts.
