Our organic, flavoursome Beef & Mutton “Sucuk” Coiled Sausage is crafted from a blend of our grass-fed beef and pasture-reared mutton.


Inspired by the traditional Middle Eastern sausage, our take combines two exceptional meats with a classic seasoning mix of garlic, smoked paprika, allspice and black pepper for a rich, aromatic flavour.


This coiled sausage is versatile, perfect for sizzling on a summer BBQ or serving as a winter warmer with mash, greens and gravy.

  • Fresh produce: Minimum shelf life on arrival 7 days and suitable for home freezing.
  • Previously frozen produce may partially or fully defrost on its way to you. Cook once thawed. Not suitable for refreezing.
