At Haye Farm we embrace a circular closed-loop system which celebrates interconnected nature, with no waste.
It starts with organic grains like barley, wheat and rye which are used at our onsite Gilt & Flint Brewery to produce small-batch craft beers.
The spent grain isn't discarded, but instead feeds the farm's heritage breed pigs. The pigs roam freely outdoors, developing robust flavour.
When ready for butchering, the pigs go to the farm's facility. The best pigs continue to our onsite The Organic Cure charcuterie, where artisans craft prosciutto and salumi from the outstanding pork.
From grain to glass to plate, it's organic agriculture in perfect circular harmony.
