An adaptation of an Italian Hunters Sausage (Salamini Cacciatore) introduces Ruby Red Devon beef to Large Black pork. Warmly spiced and gently smoked over blackthorn wood chips.
The Spanish classic. Tasty, tangy and spicy pork sausage warmed with paprika, sweetened with fennel and then air dried.
Based on the traditional method from Southwest Italy, this savoury pork sausage salami incorporates back fat for tenderness, herbs for a distinct tanginess.
100g Salami snacking sticks, made with our very own organic pork and organic Gilt & Flint Pale Ale. Savoury, aromatic and moreish, they pair perfectly with a refreshing beer!
Available 250g unsliced portions or an entire 1kg piece - perfect for gifting!
