Rich, deeply flavoured and beautifully dry-aged, our organic beef rump roasting joint makes an impressive centrepiece for the Christmas table.
Cut from native-breed cattle raised on pasture at Haye Farm and our partner farms in Devon, each joint is carefully prepared and dry-aged for 30 days to concentrate its natural flavour and develop a wonderfully rich, beefy character.
A magnificent roasting joint for Christmas Day and special gatherings. Roast until beautifully caramelised on the outside and pink within, then rest well before carving into generous slices. Serve with crisp roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, rich gravy and seasonal vegetables.

Storage
