Organic, artisan butter from our friends at Brue Valley.
The Clapp family at Brue Valley use traditional methods passed down through generations to churn their butter in individual batches, resulting in a superbly rich quality product.
This grass-fed butter is naturally sweet and made with fresh cow's milk cream.
Keep in the fridge and use by the date on the label. Suitable for home freezing, freeze on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze and keep refrigerated.
