A rustic and fragrant Italian Herb sausage meat made by blending coarse organic pork mince with fennel and oregano to give a wonderful, delicate flavour.

 

Perfect for making sausage rolls, scotch eggs or stuffing from scratch.

 

Made with no rusk or sulphates.
