A rustic and fragrant Italian Herb sausage made by blending coarse organic pork mince with fennel and oregano to give a wonderful, delicate flavour.

 

Made with natural casings, no rusk and no sulphates.

 

Ingredients, see allergens in bold: pork, sea salt*, black pepper, white pepper, oregano, fennel seeds, garlic (*non-organic ingredient)
