Cured from the loin of a Haye Farm outdoor reared, organic pig. 


Being slow grown, our pigs have great tasty fat coverage which guarantees flavour and crispiness. Perfect for a round of Boxing Day butties. 


  • 6- 8 rashers - minimum pack weight 200g
  • Minimum shelf life on arrival of 7 days
  • With curing salt and sugar (sulphites).
