The Organic Cure takes the loin of a Haye Farm slow-grown, outdoor-reared organic pig and transforms it into this beautifully rich, moreish back bacon.
Smoked gently over oak and cherry for depth and sweetness, it cooks to a perfect crisp while staying tender and full of flavour — perfect for breakfasts, sandwiches, or adding depth to your favourite dishes.

Storage
Our festive collection will arrive with a use by date of at least 26.12.25.
Fresh produce is suitable for freezing.
Frozen produce may partially or fully defrost in transit. Cook once thawed. Not suitable for refreezing.
Delivery
Pre-order now - everything in your basket will be ready for delivery or collection on Tuesday 23rd December.
