Raised on lush pasture at Haye Farm and our partner farms in Devon, our lambs graze naturally as part of a regenerative farming system that enriches the soil and supports wildlife.
Each rack is expertly trimmed for clean presentation and even roasting, delivering sweet, delicate meat with a golden crust.
Serve as a whole rack for carving at the table, or slice into cutlets for a simple yet impressive dish.

Storage
Our festive collection will arrive with a use by date of at least 26.12.25.
