Rich, tender and full of flavour, our organic lamb shanks are made for slow cooking, becoming beautifully succulent as they gently braise.
Raised on pasture at Haye Farm and our partner farms in Devon, our lamb is carefully reared to high welfare standards, producing meat with a rich, natural flavour and excellent texture.
Slow-roast or braise with red wine, garlic, rosemary and seasonal vegetables until the meat is falling from the bone. Perfect for a warming winter supper, and equally at home as a generous addition to the festive table.

Our festive collection will arrive with a use by date of at least 26.12.26.
