ORGANIC SALT BEEF (pre-order)
A festive favourite, our grass-fed organic Salt Beef begins with carefully selected silverside, meticulously cured for two weeks to develop its signature flavour and tender texture.
This process infuses the meat with a perfect balance of seasonings.
To prepare, gently bring the beef to a boil, then slowly poach until it reaches a melt-in-your-mouth consistency. Serve warm as a comforting main course or cold paired beautifully with sharp mustard and tangy pickles.
- Available in packs of 500g, 1kg & 2kg
- Minimum shelf life on arrival: 7 days
- Suitable for home freezing
