Our organic rolled sirloin joint is a classic festive favourite — succulent, full of flavour and simple to carve.
Cut from native-breed cattle raised on pasture at Haye Farm and our partner farms in Devon, each joint is dry-aged for 30 days to bring out its natural tenderness and rich, buttery taste.
Expertly trimmed, rolled and tied, it roasts evenly for a perfect pink finish every time. Serve with seasonal vegetables, Yorkshire puddings and a rich gravy for an unforgettable Christmas centrepiece.

Storage
Our festive collection will arrive with a use by date of at least 26.12.25.
