Cut from native-breed cattle raised on pasture at Haye Farm and our partner farms in Devon, each fillet is dry-aged for 30 days to enhance texture and depth.
Perfect for roasting whole, slicing into medallions, or serving as an elegant centrepiece for your Christmas table.

Storage
Our festive collection will arrive with a use by date of at least 26.12.25.
Fresh produce is suitable for freezing.
