This classic 4-5 bone rib roast, also known as prime rib, is the crown jewel of any festive spread.
At Haye Farm, we dry-age our organic, grass-fed fore-ribs for a number of weeks, intensifying flavour and tenderness. The chine bone remains attached, ensuring it stands proudly for carving and enhancing taste with all that marbling through it.
- Available in 1.8kg, 2.5kg, 4kg & 5.5kg options
- Minimum shelf life on arrival: 7 days
- Suitable for home freezing
