Cut from native-breed cattle raised on pasture at Haye Farm and our partner farms in Devon, each rib is naturally marbled and dry-aged for 30 days to develop tenderness and depth of flavour.
Roast on the bone for a juicy, flavour-packed centrepiece, ideal for Christmas Day and special gatherings. Serve with Yorkshire puddings, crisp roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables for a truly memorable meal.

Storage
Our festive collection will arrive with a use by date of at least 26.12.25.
Fresh produce is suitable for freezing.
Frozen produce may partially or fully defrost in transit. Cook once thawed. Not suitable for refreezing.
