This classic 4-5 bone rib roast, also known as prime rib, is the crown jewel of any festive spread. 


At Haye Farm, we dry-age our organic, grass-fed fore-ribs for a number of weeks, intensifying flavour and tenderness. The chine bone remains attached, ensuring it stands proudly for carving and enhancing taste with all that marbling through it. 


  • Available in 1.8kg, 2.5kg, 4kg & 5.5kg options
  • Minimum shelf life on arrival: 7 days
  • Suitable for home freezing 


Christmas pre-orders close at 8pm on Sunday 15th December. 


Everything in your basket will be delivered on Thursday 19th December.
